These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website HubExpat.com (the “Website”), operated by JAB Freelance, a company registered in the Netherlands.

  • HubExpat is an online directory of multilingual professionals allowing users to search for independent professionals in various sectors such as education, health, sports, communication and marketing, legal, administrative, arts, culture, food, childcare, etc.

    Searches can be carried out by field of activity, city, and language spoken, facilitating communication between users and professionals worldwide.

    The website is operated by HubExpat, a company domiciled in The Netherlands, and complies with applicable European Union regulations.

  • Access to the website is free of charge for users searching for professionals.
    Professional registration is also free and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • By registering on HubExpat, professionals declare and guarantee that they:

    • are legally registered as a professional, freelancer, or business in their country of residence

    • are authorized to provide their services under applicable local laws

    • provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information

    HubExpat reserves the right to suspend or delete any account providing false, misleading, or unlawful information.

  • Free Plan (Free Version):
    Professional registration includes a free listing in our directory, showing only:

    • Name

    • Spoken languages

    • Location

    Visitors will not have access to the full professional profile or any advanced features with the free version.

    Premium Plan : professional registration includes:

    • a 30-day free trial

    • followed by a €2.99 monthly subscription, automatically charged

    • ​Full access to the professional profile

    Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via the member area.
    No refunds are issued for billing periods already started.

  • Payments are securely processed through Wix payment providers.
    HubExpat does not store or access full banking or payment details.

  • HubExpat acts solely as an intermediary directory platform.

    HubExpat is not responsible for:

    • the quality, legality, or delivery of services

    • any agreement, dispute, or damage arising between users and professionals

    All contact, services, and payments are handled directly between users and professionals, mainly via email.

  • Professionals are fully responsible for the content published on their profiles.

    Any illegal, misleading, inappropriate, or non-compliant content may be removed without notice, and may result in account suspension or termination.

  • All content on HubExpat is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of HubExpat or its partners.

    Professionals retain ownership of their content but grant HubExpat a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for the duration of publication.

  • This Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.

  • HubExpat complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679).
    Users and professionals have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of their personal data.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

    Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
