    HubExpat does not store banking information

    * create and manage professional profiles
    * display information in the directory
    * enable contact via direct email
    * manage subscriptions

    * contract performance
    * explicit consent of professionals
    * legal obligations

  • Data is accessible only to HubExpat, its technical service providers, and public authorities where legally required.
    HubExpat does not sell or share personal data.

  • HubExpat relies on third-party services such as Wix. Transfers outside the EU are subject to appropriate safeguards.
    HubExpat cannot be held liable for independent third-party compliance failures.

  • Professional data is retained only for as long as necessary or legally required.
