I am a psychologist and sexologist working in my private practice, Meaningful Connections Therapy, in Leiden and online. I am registered with the NIP and hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from SWPS University in Warsaw, as well as postgraduate training in Clinical Sexology from the Medical University of Warsaw. I am also a certified sex educator and currently completing postgraduate psychotherapy school in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

In my work, I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and third-wave CBT methods such as ACT, DBT, and elements of Schema Therapy, as well as mindfulness techniques. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and sexological therapy for adults.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of psychological, relational, and sexual health concerns, offering a safe, confidential, and supportive therapeutic environment. I provide therapy in English and Polish and work with both local and international clients.
