I’m a licensed psychologist from Greece, holding a BSc in Psychology from Panteion University and an MSc in Clinical Children and Adolescent Psychology from Leiden University. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience as a Behavioral Technician at ABA Center International and through extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Along the way, I’ve completed a Play Therapy seminar and earned my Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. These experiences reflect my dedication to staying current and offering the best care to my clients.
I see therapy as a collaborative journey where clients and I work together to understand their challenges and find paths toward growth. My approach is flexible and rooted in empathy, drawing on evidence-based methods like CBT, which is my basic approach, or Solution-Focused Therapy. I also believe in the power of early intervention and when it comes to working with youth, working with families is very important as the system is part of the team. Above all, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes. As an expat in the Netherlands myself, I understand how life’s challenges can feel magnified when adapting to a new environment, meeting new people, and navigating a different culture. This experience has deepened my empathy for those facing transitions, as I know how it can impact emotional well-being, confidence, and relationships.
