Another decade leading HR in high-growth scale-ups taught me what happens after the offer: the restructures, the compensation battles, and the exact moment a high performer burns out.

I founded Spark Back Coaching because I kept seeing professionals stuck in problems I had already solved. I work in two directions:

• Individuals: Direct coaching on career transitions, burnout recovery, and leadership.
• Organizations: HR advisory, outplacement, and tailored workshops on culturally aware leadership and team dynamics.

Backed by ongoing Master’s research in Psychology and certifications in NLP and Lego Serious Play, my approach is strictly goal-oriented.
