Therapeutic Yoga – Personalized, Restorative, Effective
Therapeutic yoga is the intentional application of yogic tools to support recovery, regulation, and sustainable well-being. It is a one-to-one, personalized therapeutic process, tailored to the individual’s body, nervous system, life context, and current capacity.
I work primarily with people experiencing chronic fatigue and burnout, those navigating autoimmune conditions and hormonal imbalances, and women across key life phases, including the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. In these contexts, standardized practices are often ineffective or overwhelming. Meaningful results require precision, pacing, and deep listening.
Each therapeutic process is built around four foundational pillars: movement, breath, restoration, and self-reflection. Movement is used as medicine to restore function and trust in the body. Breath supports nervous system and hormonal regulation. Restoration allows the body to replenish energy and integrate change. Self-reflection brings awareness to patterns, boundaries, and life rhythms that influence health.
This approach addresses the person as a whole. Alongside physical and mental health, attention is given to emotional resilience, inner coherence, and a sense of meaning and connection. Healing is not about pushing through symptoms, but about learning to respond intelligently to the body’s signals.
