Born in Warsaw, she began her international journey in her early twenties, spending time in Spain and Germany before settling in Amsterdam 18 years ago.

With over 20 years of professional experience, Monika combines a 16-year international corporate career with her work as a certified coach. Her background includes leading complex projects and collaborating with multicultural teams in high-pressure environments, giving her a strong understanding of personal leadership and change.

Monika’s coaching approach blends strategic clarity with deep personal insight and is underpinned by continuous professional development through accredited training and supervision in the Netherlands and the UK. She holds professional certifications in career, mindset, and lifestyle coaching.
