I’m an integrative counselor and coach supporting Dutch professionals, expats, and individuals navigating stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

Drawing on a multicultural background and years of corporate experience across countries, I work with people who carry a lot — responsibility, expectations, and often unspoken pressure. From the outside they often appear capable and successful, yet internally they may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.

Sessions are available in English, Dutch, or Polish, in person in Rotterdam and online.
